MEET THE PRESIDENT

DR. STACEY TEPERA, Ph.D.

PRESIDENT

Dr. Stacey Tepera is a seasoned expert with PASA, where she has been a pivotal figure since 1991. As the leader of PASA’s client services, Dr. Tepera oversees all stages of data collection and analysis, specializing in long-range facilities planning and attendance zone planning.

Her role includes facilitating ongoing communication with district representatives and presenting research findings to school board members, administrators, and bond or boundary committees.

With decades of experience, Dr. Tepera has built trusted relationships with district leaders and is known for translating complex demographic data into clear, actionable insight.
