Chris brings six years of Texas public education experience to PASA's team, first as a science teacher and then as a research analyst for San Antonio’s North East ISD.

There, he built the district's enrollment forecast models, in-house analytics, and led a district-wide, single-member boundary adjustment following the 2020 Census.

He joins PASA after several years in enterprise business intelligence for operations and manufacturing. Most recently, he served as a Data Scientist III, building enterprise dashboards and coaching non-technical stakeholders into confident, self-service analytics users. At PASA, he supports the enrollment projection team's forecasting work and internal analytics tools. He focuses on helping districts get clear, dependable insight into their own growth.

Chris earned his B.S. in Chemistry, M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and M.S. in Business Analytics from UTRGV.
