Mandy Rabalais joined PASA in April, bringing more than 20 years of experience in communications and marketing across public education, architecture, real estate, and nonprofit organizations.

Throughout her career, Mandy has led strategic communications, brand development, and community engagement efforts, with a strong focus on clarity, consistency, and trust. Her work has supported school districts, leadership teams, and growing organizations in communicating complex information in a way that is accessible and actionable.

At PASA, Mandy supports operations and communication efforts that help ensure projects run efficiently, and clients receive clear, timely information. Her background in public education and her understanding of how districts operate provide valuable perspective in supporting PASA’s work across Texas.

Mandy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with a minor in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
