Rusty Reyes-Hill brings more than three decades of experience in communications, curriculum design, and content development to PASA. As Reports and Marketing Coordinator, he prepares, edits, and formats reports, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all client deliverables.

He translates technical and demographic information into clear, visually compelling reports and presentations for board members, district leaders, and community stakeholders. Rusty collaborates with PASA’s Directors of Operations, Planning, and GIS, as well as external partners, and supports marketing efforts including website content, newsletters, and conference materials.

Prior to joining PASA, Mr. Reyes-Hill served as a district-level curriculum coordinator, overseeing the design and communication of instructional and assessment materials. His background as an educator, presenter, and communications professional strengthens PASA’s ability to convey complex demographic analyses to diverse audiences.
