Travis Scott has been a key leader at PASA since helping establish the firm in 2015. As Director of GIS, he oversees the development and management of PASA’s geospatial systems, ensuring the data and tools that support the firm’s work are accurate, reliable, and aligned with real-world development activity.

He has developed and refined the process of collecting and integrating development data from multiple sources into a comprehensive GIS framework that serves as the foundation for PASA’s projections and planning efforts. Travis leads the GIS team in advancing innovative tools and solutions that respond to evolving district needs and support more informed decision-making. He holds a Master of Urban Planning (M.U.P.) from Texas A&M University.
